Launched in 2018, by John Gowland MRICS, as a trusted regulated local firm for local property owners and occupiers. 

 

John Gowland is a full member of the RICS and Rating Diploma Holders Section. Starting out in an estate agency practice in 2003, John balanced working in a fast-paced agency while obtaining a BSc (Hons) in Estate Agency and he was awarded the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Certificate of Excellence for his studies. Following that he completed a post-graduate diploma in Surveying and most recently completed the RICS Rating Diploma (he is acknowledged as being the only Agent in Northern Ireland to hold this qualification). 

John has a working knowledge of the District Valuer's Office at Land & Property Services where he undertook work in the areas of Domestic and Non-domestic Rating, Compulsory Purchase Compensation and Acquisitions and Disposals.
